Burrow House / Notes

Getting the right pieces to the right place.

Delivery in the current order calculation is$29 for a list containing a house or run, and$6 for replacement-only lists. Merchandise totals from$500 include delivery. The threshold is calculated before the welcome saving.

Give a complete delivery address and retain the order reference. The access opening and assembly space should be checked separately from the delivery address; a street address alone does not establish that a large panel will fit.

For an incorrect or damaged piece, contact support@burrowhouse.shop with its name and reference before using or returning it. Keep the packaging while the details are reviewed, and wait for an appropriate return destination before sending anything.
